For example, if a domestic flight cannot operate, we may explore a road journey where a suitable vehicle is available and the route is considered safe.

Every alternative depends on current conditions, availability and the time required to reach your destination.

3. We Put Safety Before the Schedule

We understand that holidays are precious, but safety comes first.

If a road is affected by landslides, weather conditions become unfavourable or a planned activity becomes unsafe, we review the available options and communicate with our guests before making appropriate arrangements.

We do not believe that following the original itinerary at any cost is the right approach.
