On arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by a representative from Destination Nepal Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the city on your own or relax at your hotel.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Pokhara (approx. 210 km / 5–6 hours) or option for a short domestic flight. The journey offers stunning views of river valleys, terraced farmlands, and glimpses of the majestic Himalayan ranges. In the evening, enjoy your free time exploring the vibrant Lakeside area along the beautiful Phewa Lake.

Early morning, drive to Sarangkot Viewpoint (1,700m / 5,577ft) for a breathtaking sunrise and panoramic views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) mountain range. Optionally, enjoy a scenic cable car ride to Sarangkot (USD 12 per person).

After breakfast, embark on a half-day Pokhara city tour. Enjoy a peaceful boating experience on Phewa Lake and visit the sacred Tal Barahi Temple located on a small island. After breakfast, drive to Chitwan (approx. 150 km / 3–4 hours), home to Nepal’s first and most famous wildlife sanctuary—Chitwan National Park. Upon arrival and check-in, you’ll be welcomed by the lodge staff and briefed by experienced naturalists about your jungle safari program. Activities may vary based on the season and wildlife movement to ensure the best experience.

In the late afternoon, embark on your first jungle safari adventure through the dense sal forests and wide grasslands in search of rare wildlife such as the one-horned rhinoceros, Bengal tiger, and exotic bird species.

Bhaktapur, Durbar Square, a well preserved fine UNESCO world heritage site where you will witness the 55-window palace, the Golden Gate, Nyatapole temple, stone temple and many more. Bouddhanath is one of the largest stupas in the world, and one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage and tourist destinations in Kathmandu. The area of Boudhnath is also famous for over 50 Tibetan Gompas or monasteries. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites for Hindus all over the world.

After breakfast, On time transfer to the airport for flight to Paro, Bhutan. A flight to Paro is one of the most spectacular of all mountain flights. One can see Everest, Kanchenjunga, Makalu and other peaks in Bhutan such as the Chomolhari, Jichu Drake and Tsrim Gang. The first glance you will see of Bhutan is the Paro valley and small Airport. Our guide will meet you there and escort you for the sightseeing, visit the National Museum, Paro Dzong the head quarters of Paro District, Evening drive one hour to Thimphu. On the way stop at the Tamchoe Monastery view and chuzom.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then explore the highlights of Thimphu Valley. Visit the Memorial Chorten, built in honor of Bhutan’s third king, and the 12th-century Changangkha Monastery. After lunch at a local restaurant, tour the Traditional Arts School (Wood Craft and Painting School), the iconic Post Office, and enjoy a traditional archery demonstration. After breakfast, enjoy a one-hour drive to Paro and begin the 4–5 hour hike to the iconic Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), perched dramatically on a cliff 3,000 feet above the valley. This sacred site is where Guru Rimpoche meditated in the 8th century, believed to have flown there on the back of a tigress. The hike offers a mix of challenge, spirituality, and stunning views—truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

After the hike, continue to Drukgyel Dzong, a historic fortress built in 1649 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyel. Though damaged by fire in 1951, it stands preserved as a symbol of Bhutanese heritage. On the return journey, visit Kichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest and most sacred temples, built in the 7th century by the Tibetan King Songtsen Gampo.

All visitors (except Indian nationals) must have a valid passport and visa to enter Nepal. Visas are available at Nepalese embassies/consulates or entry points. To avoid queues, complete the online visa form within 10 days of your arrival date. Children under 10 are exempt from visa fees. PASSPORT AND VISAS:

You must have a valid passport (valid for at least six months beyond your trip) and all required visas, permits, and certificates for your destinations. Ensure you possess the correct documents as outlined in the Trip Notes. We are not responsible for entry refusal due to missing or incorrect travel documentation.

TIPPING

Tips are appreciated by your support team after the trip. Tips are not mandatory in Nepal but recommended. The amount depends on your budget and appreciation of their work. Where restaurant meals are involved, the tipping is usually 10% of the bill. We would like to request all travelers to give tips separately for driver & guide. Our suggestion is US$ 5 per day by per tourist to driver if same driver is there for whole trip & US$ 10 per day to guide.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Your booking will be confirmed via email after a 40% deposit of the total trip cost is made through our payment gateway via credit/debit card. The remaining 60% is payable upon arrival in Kathmandu. You may pay the 40% deposit by card or cash, with at least 20% required in cash (USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, CAD, JPY, or SGD).

CANCELATION

If the traveler cancels, the agency charges a cancellation fee based on the following:

  • 20% if canceled up to 30 days before the trip
  • 30% if canceled 15-29 days before the trip
  • 60% if canceled 7-14 days before the trip
  • 90% if canceled 6 or fewer days before the trip or in case of no-show
