Flydubai Launches Daily Direct Flights from Dubai to Pokhara Starting 2026
Flydubai has announced a major expansion in Nepal’s aviation and tourism sector with the launch of daily direct flights to Pokhara starting from 23 September 2026. The airline has already opened bookings through its official website, marking a new milestone for seamless international connectivity to Nepal’s tourism capital.
This makes Flydubai the first UAE-based airline to offer direct international flights to Pokhara International Airport, strengthening its long-standing presence in Nepal. The airline has successfully operated flights to Kathmandu for over 17 years and continues to play a key role in connecting Nepal with the Middle East and beyond.
The new Pokhara route will operate from Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 in codeshare with Emirates, offering passengers smooth travel connections, single-ticket booking, and hassle-free baggage transfer across a global network.
With this expansion, travelers from the UAE, Gulf countries, Europe, and other regions will gain easier access to Western Nepal’s popular destinations for trekking, eco-tourism, and adventure travel. The new service is expected to boost tourism, business travel, and economic opportunities in the region.
